The set up fee is US $99 (£75) and $9 per month (£7.50) or US $250 (£200) and $25 (£25) per month or $1500 (£1350) and $50 (£40) per month. You can join at the lowest level and upgrade whenever you want to ,bit by bit and pay the difference.
